On the mayor's tie-breaking vote, the council approved reimbursing Council Member Fitzgerald's legal fees in the election-contest suit against him. The same night, three sitting P&Z commissioners were replaced.
Council Member Griffith moved to table the executive session on "legal representation of a council member in pending civil litigation," was ruled out of order, and left — breaking quorum and ending the meeting.
